Why do they call you the Church Lady"?
After many years of selling church buildings for congregations, someone called me "The
Church Lady". The name seemed to fit, and I have been "The Church Lady" for about 25
years now.
Do you sell anything but churches?
Yes, I will work with whomever the Lord brings to me; Buyers and Sellers, church
congregations, synagogues, individual investors, commercial investors, and even home
owners. When I get very busy I partner with one of my very competent agents to give our
customers the very best care when buying or selling.
When working with churches sometimes they need a commercial building, a daycare,
school facility, or even a retreat center.
Investors want large commercial multi-tenant buildings or warehouses, multi-families or
single family homes for their portfolios as well.
Do you work with other agents in your office?
As office Broker, my 30 years of experience in commercial and residential sales gives my
agents great training to handles all aspects of the real estate business. I oversee a
competent staff and group of sales people that can assist with all aspects of the sales and
that work in all areas. They work in commercial, residential and investment.
You sell churches, are you a Christian?
Yes, I am. I believe in God, Jehovah, the Almighty Creator of the Universe, and in His
Son Jesus, Yeshua, the long awaited Messiah. I honor my Judeo-Christian background,
and have worked extensively in the Jewish community as well.
I enjoy working with people of all cultures and faiths and engaging in conversations
about their lives and their faith.
What do you like to do on your time off?
I spend time with my church community, and in worship to my Lord. I love to learn, and
whenever I can I am studying to learn more of the Keys to the Kingdom of God.
But additionally, I enjoy water, swimming and the ocean. I even like fountains and ponds.
I love puppies and kittens, and have raised many. Currently I share my home with both.
